Teams — shared work on Telegram leads
Teams in Monster-Lead is collaborative Telegram lead work without a shared password: invites, owner / admin / manager / viewer roles, shared CRM, Terminal sessions, and team balance. Up to 20 seats on higher plans.
Telegram CRM Teams and Roles is a public Monster-Lead Telegram module. It connects to Radar, Terminal, CRM and the rest of the platform.
How to use: open Telegram CRM Teams and Roles in the Monster-Lead cabinet after signup, connect a session in Terminal and a proxy if needed. The module ties into Lead CRM so leads and chats are not lost in DMs.
Who it is for: media buyers, agencies and sales teams that need Telegram lead gen and automation without scattered scripts. Free includes a 14-day starting path.

Not “user role settings” — shared lead work
The module exists so managers, admins, and viewers work in one Telegram CRM workspace — each with their own login, not one password for everyone.
Roles that match real jobs
Owner is the plan owner; admin manages members; manager edits leads and sessions; viewer is read-only. Everyone gets the access they need.
Shared workspace: CRM, Terminal, balance
Members share the lead pool, Terminal sessions, and team balance. Assign responsibility in CRM — without claiming a complex auto-routing engine.

One Telegram lead pool for the team. Assign responsibility on the lead card.
Team Terminal sessions
Manager and above work sessions in the shared workspace; viewers do not configure sessions.
FAQ
How many seats per plan?
Free — 1, Budget — 3, Starter — 5, Pro and Enterprise — up to 20. The limit follows the team’s current plan.
What is a seat?
A seat is a member slot on the team (active or invited within the plan limit). One person = one seat.
Can I change the owner?
Owner is the plan and workspace owner. Changing ownership via a normal role switch in the UI is not supported — ownership stays on the plan account.
How do I remove a member?
Owner or admin opens Teams and removes the member. That person loses access to the team workspace.
What happens after removal?
The removed user can no longer join the team. Leads, sessions, and balance stay with the team — they do not leave with the user.
Are there export limits?
Sensitive actions (including session/data work) depend on role. Viewers do not edit CRM or manage sessions; broader actions sit with manager/admin/owner.
Can I hide leads from part of the team?
The base model is a shared CRM pool with different edit rights. Fine-grained “hide every lead from selected people” is not positioned as a separate engine — use roles and assigned responsibility.
Can managers see others’ deals?
Yes — the team CRM shows the shared lead pool. Responsibility and statuses keep ownership clear.
What is Telegram CRM Teams and Roles?
